Assess: Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) Support
An Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) is an external-facing document used to communicate how a digital product aligns with accessibility standards. ACRs are typically produced using the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT).
The credibility of an ACR depends entirely on the rigor and currency of the underlying accessibility audit. Par Sentio supports responsible ACR development by applying verified findings from a full WCAG 2.2 accessibility audit conducted by Par Sentio to the VPAT template.
ACR support includes:
- Mapping verified findings to VPAT criteria
- Interpreting results accurately
- Supporting responsible completion of the ACR
Par Sentio provides ACR support only when based on a Par Sentio full audit and within defined time and change constraints to preserve accuracy. Clients retain ownership, final approval, and responsibility for ACR publication and use. ACR support exists to reduce misrepresentation risk and support transparent, defensible communication in procurement, regulatory, and governance contexts.
