Designed to Work
Digital Accessibility Boot Camp
Designed to Work is Par Sentio’s one-day foundational accessibility training, establishing the baseline understanding required to engage responsibly with digital accessibility across roles, disciplines, and technologies.
This course provides a clear, practical grounding in what accessibility is, why it matters, and how it applies across digital content, systems, and workflows. Participants learn to recognize common accessibility barriers, understand legal and civil rights obligations, and connect accessibility requirements to real-world design, development, and content decisions.
Designed to Work is not a technical deep dive or certification course. It is a shared starting point that builds awareness, vocabulary, and judgment so individuals and teams can participate meaningfully in assessment, remediation, and sustainment efforts.
Designed to Work is a prerequisite for all other ENABLE offerings, including role-based, tool-based, and customized training.
This training answers the question:
What do we need to understand before we specialize or take action?
Bottom line:
“We build understanding; risk is reduced; responsible action becomes possible.”
